The house, which is our home for the rest of the year, we are sure will provide you with a lovely environment for you to enjoy your stay.

Fully equipped as you would expect, with TV including satellite, video recorder, DVD player, washing machine, microwave oven etc.

Bed linen and towels for indoor use are provided and included in the price.

There are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and the third is equipped with twin beds. All of the bedrooms together with the living room have flyscreen blinds fitted to the windows for your comfort, allowing to have the windows open when the night temperature remains high.

All of the accommodation is on one level and the bathroom is spacious with a large easily accessible shower, there is a seperate toilet.

The spacious tiled terraces and balconies facing south and west have superb uninterrupted views of the estuary, and are accessed directly by french doors from either the kitchen or living room. These two terraces can be closed off to contain toddlers and prevent them from going out into the garden. The garden is in fact entirely fenced and has lockable gates.

There is a further tiled, shaded terrace with barbecue, large circular table and parasol.

Ample parking is provided with a choice of two access drives, one of which allows level entry to the house, from the other a flight of steps lead up to the house from the parking by the garage below.

The pool of course has its own spacious terrace and ample garden furniture is provided.
